The handling of values are the key to success...Argumentative Essay

A company aimed at satisfying a basic need secondary or to a person, but to provide the service correctly this requires the creation of strategies that take into account the values of those providing the service to achieve do so helpful, friendly and helpful.

Firstly, the manager is a man usually very smart and intelligent, whose role is to create ways to establish how their employees feel that their job is a harmonious, pleasant, warm and fun. A brilliant idea to perform this task is to create a broad area of interaction between boss and employee, for example the head of an organization is large or small should take a little time to talk gracious, humble and affectionately with their employees, the boss must listening to their problems because thus they feel protected and supported.

Besides this organization has to take into account Labor Rights, such as health insurance, this should be a service not very expensive, but quality, which respect their rights, on the other hand must have an allowance of transport, the company must always think of comfort, harmony, health and stability of whom he serves.

In conclusion in a company, an area must be the human resources who must ensure respect for and observance of the rights to build a more just and firm with which all persons involved are identified and feel at home.
